Jerry Dusa, CEO, is responsible for overall strategy, performance, and customer satisfaction. He believes relationships with customers, employees, and partners are the backbone to business. He holds degrees in mathematics and marketing and has held roles as President, Board Member, Trustee, and Consultant for companies ranging from start-up to multi-national companies.
MATT DUSA | PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Matt Dusa, President and COO, is responsible for corporate policies, regulatory compliance, personnel management, corporate growth objectives, and adherence to budgets. He believes in a servant leadership style with clear strategic initiatives empowering employees to make decisions and be accountable. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, a Master’s Degree in sports medicine from San Jose State University and is a published author. Matt is a licensed paramedic, a certified firefighter, and a member of a peer based leadership development group.
CHRIS DUSA | CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Chris Dusa, Chief Business Development Officer, has responsibility for developing, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives both domestic and international. When initiating programs for long-term success, Chris believes in collaborating with company channel and alliance partners. He currently spearheads enterprise level program development such as comprehensive critical infrastructure protection services worldwide. Chris earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado, is a Fire Academy graduate and served as a Firefighter, Paramedic, Rescue Swimmer, and C.E.R.T Instructor.

JOHN ALAN DONOHUE | SVP SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND GENERAL COUNSEL
John “Alan” Donohue, SVP of Special Programs and General Counsel, works alongside of the Chief Business Development Officer and President to identify and assist in the identification of overall strategy for the company to include new lines of services (programs) and to serve in a leadership capacity over those select programs. Alan has a wealth of international experience, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa, and has been a speaker at the United Nations on four occasions. He was, for over three years, the sole U.S. National Security Industry Representative Board Member to the Geneva based ICOCA and led the organization’s first field missions to Nigeria, Tanzania, and Kenya. He holds a law license in two states and is admitted to practice multiple federal district and appellate courts.
JEFF ISAACS | DIVISION CHIEF, OPERATIONS, NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
As Division Chief, Jeff is responsible for the efficient operation of Capstone’s Northern California stations including personnel, training, and customer service. Jeff’s ambition to serve his community and a sense of adventure brought him to 24 years of fire service experience. His career started as a firefighter/paramedic and he promoted through the ranks to Assistant Chief at CAL-FIRE Southern Region Headquarters office in Fresno where he oversaw the departments Land Use Planning, SRA Fee, and Pre-Fire Programs. Jeff has an Associate of Science degree in Fire Science, he spent eight years in the Marine Corps Reserve and six years in the Navy Reserve and was deployed to the Middle East in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
ROBERT MACKENZIE | DIVISION CHIEF, OPERATIONS
Bob MacKenzie is Division Chief of Operations and develops administrative and operational policies, standard operating procedures, rules and regulations. Bob creates work teams with complementary skills and coordinated efforts allowing strengths to be maximized. Bob is a 24 year veteran of the fire service. After 9/11 Bob developed technical procedures to protect the health and safety of the public from terrorism attacks and developed additional safe guards to ensure the health and safety of the public during natural disasters. Bob is a CPR Instructor for the American Heart Association, First Aid and CPR instructor for American Red Cross, and Council member for the San Diego Burn Institute Advisory.
SCOTT SPORRER | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer, Scott is responsible for financial affairs including strategic financial planning, internal and external financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial operations, tax compliance, and planning and treasury services. Scott believes his role is to empower each business unit leader through accessibility of meaningful financial information and to coach colleagues and management on how to instill financial discipline across the organization. Scott holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego, is a CPA in California, and has achieved his Certification in Exit Planning.
RONALD WILLIAMS | VICE PRESIDENT, SHARED SERVICES
As the Vice President of Shared Services, Ronald is responsible for providing executive leadership for the integration and management of key strategic functions including human capital management, IT, administration, facilities, insurance, and training. This role brings together the critical strategic and administrative activities under one business unit with the intention of further increasing the strategic and tactical effectiveness, efficiency, and speed of these functions. Ron takes a disciplined and flexible problem-solving approach balancing business goals with employee needs. He has a Master of Business Administration and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources. He maintains memberships with the Society of Human Resources Management, the American Payroll Association, and the Mergers and Acquisition Leadership Council.

KRISTEN DAVIS | DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTS
Kristen provides business direction for Account Management and customer service excellence for the company’s Fortune 500 and enterprise level accounts. Kristen believes in an “all hands on-deck” and “work smart” approach for customers. With customer service excellence, the account base continues to grow through customer referral and grassroots approach. She is a resourceful leader with over a decade of experience in management, customer satisfaction, entrepreneurship, and proven business acumen. Kristen’s experience spans government contracting, sporting goods, gaming, freight, and logistics industries. She recently completed the Paralegal course at Cal State San Marcos and earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts.
SHOSHANA ELIAS | EXECUTIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER
As Executive Account Manager, Shoshana’s customer service experience serves to understand each customer’s needs and develop working relationships to meet and exceed those needs. Shoshana is inspired to help others and her attention to detail ensures every project is handled smoothly from beginning to end. Her experience in different industries, including government, automotive, manufacturing, and financial services allows her the opportunity to take leadership roles to help implement new programs, grow small business enterprises, and create a strong foundation for businesses. Shoshana completed OSHA10 training and attended California State University.
