Many of our customers are dealing with climate change and especially the extreme drought conditions felt throughout the west coast and southwestern states. Capstone has a wide variety of wildland fire engines to support these programs. All engines come with a large water capacity and hose supply along with full AED and emergency medical equipment that meet or exceed NWCG and NFPA standards.


All personnel are Capstone employees, allowing for oversight and quality control of our services. Capstone’s personnel undergo extensive background investigations, work capacity testing, physical agility testing, and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Capstone personnel go through a 40-hour academy upon hiring so we can evaluate their skills and performance before going into the field to work for our clients.

Our personnel are assigned task books and a career development guide to aid them in achieving experience and readiness for their next position and rank.

Minimum Qualifications for our Firefighters are ICS-100, L-180, S-130, S-190, RT-130, CPR & AED certifications.
